章成君，男，汉族，1982年10月生，浙江农林大学教授，博导，主要从事生物信息学、基因组演化、植物新品种产业化研究。2011年毕业于华中农业大学，2014年从美国芝加哥大学结束博士后研究工作后，曾任中国科学院昆明植物研究所研究员博导。获云南省技术发明奖一等奖。在Nature Genetics、PNAS、Genome Biology、MBE、PBJ等国际知名期刊发表论文40余篇；授权软件著作权2项。
