The CPC and the Chinese government earnestly（切实）respect and protect people's right to health（保障人民健康权利）, and consider safeguarding people's health as a basic task of governance（治国理政）. Significant actions have been taken, aiming to benefit people both in the present and the future. China has achieved great success in health affairs（健康事业）, making an important contribution to the sustainable development of mankind.

例：尊重和保障人权—respect and protect human’s rights（官文中，“保障”翻译成protect更常见）；
例：中国保障人民的知情权、参与权、表达权、监督权—China protects people’s rights to know, to participate, to express, and to supervise.

1）在无明确主语时，官方译文处理成被动句，即Significant actions have been taken；
